This home has a laundry room with brand new washer and dryer and attached two car garage. There is a private patio with outdoor furniture overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities from home including outdoor dishes and acrylic glasses for dining al dente.

La Palma is centrally located in Rancho Mirage at the Sunrise Country Club (SCC) which is well known to be the most friendly country club in the valley! Guests have free access to several swimming pools and hot tubs. Fitness/activity center, 9 tennis courts, 10 pickleball courts, bocce ball and clubhouse private dining room, lounge, grill, and 18-hole executive golf course are available with a small fee.
