100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront was once a lolly shop, and is one of the areas most loved buildings.
The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay..
The space
This adorable vintage shop is a large open plan space with everything you need for a comfortable stay...quality queen bed, crisp linen and fresh fluffy towels.
Quirky light fittings and lamps providing a cosy atmosphere.
Large comfy leather sofa with large screen and AppleTV.
A full kitchen with microwave, stove, and dishwasher.
There's a vintage pink dining table with comfy velvet chairs and retro armchairs to relax in.
A variety of books available for your use.
The bathroom has been rejuvenated with a gorgeous colour scheme of greens and golds.
Many of the old quirky decorations have been retained...so if you love interesting accommodations , you will love this unique place to stay.
Patricia's Place is available for weekends and longer term stays.

Plenty of on street parking, and public transport at your doorstep.
