Only a few steps from KPLH back door to the lake it's great if you enjoy water sports with uninterrupted access being able to moor your boat at the rear of the property. Perfect to Swim, fish, paddle & explore the waters edge, or just sit back, relax & take in the spectacular view. Enjoy sunsets by the lake siting by the fire. Boards, canoe & Kayaks available for hire The space This luxurious property has 4 spacious bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 people. Bedding configuration includes - Master bedroom - 1 x Queen bed 2nd bedroom - 1 x Queen bed 3rd bedroom - 4 x Single beds (bunks) 4th bedroom - 1 x Queen bed (Downstairs) The property has 2 Bathrooms. 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs. Laundry downstairs with washing machine & clothes dryer. All linen & towels are provided. Fire place in main area , we supply only a rack next to fire place. Upstairs also has aircon It has a fully equipped kitchen including gas cooktop, oven, microwave & dishwasher. Wifi available Downstairs there is a large games room, equipped with pool table , Juke box, bar, TV, lounge & gaming consoles. Outside has absolutely stunning views over the lake. There is also 2 picnic tables situated by the lakes edge.. Available to hire are paddle boards , canoe & 2 kayaks Just some of the wonderful things available at KP Lake House. Kings point is only 5 minutes drive from Ulladulla town centre which offers shopping, supermarkets, coffee shops, picture theatre etc & is only 10 minutes to the beautiful Mollymook Beach. The surrounding area offers award winning restaurants & wineries & has some amazing bush walks for the whole family to enjoy. Guest access There are Paddle boards, a 2 man canoe , 2x kayaks for hire. Enquire with host about these We can also arrange Personal training & yoga sessions by the lake. Personal Training: $50.00 - 30 min / $80 - 60min Yoga Session: $20 Per Person (min 3 People) Please note If this is something you might be interested in while you are here please let me know on booking so we can organize it with our trainers. Other things to note Please take into consideration at all times noise & our neighbours , we are on a lake & noise travels. Please be respectful & no party’s! We do only supply a rack of fire wood on arrival that will be staked near the wood fire. For your safety we also have security cameras outside only
