The inspection happens constantly and if rules are broken a fine will be issued and possibly leading to a request to vacate the apartment before the end of your stay..

Check in and check out times are, respectively, 14:00 and 10:00. Temporarily Airbnb has been reporting different times from the above due to a website bug. We have already made an adjustment request.
IDENTIFICATION
Please keep in mind that it will be necessary to provide by email, before your arrival, a copy of a personal document (with id and a photo) of each guest due to a security requirement of the Copan’s admin team. It is a massive condominium with more than 2,500 people and the administration requires prior communication from each and every guest. Thank you for your understanding.
COVID 19
We are aware of the seriousness that the moment demands, and that is why we are here to emphasize that we have sought to follow the entire hygiene protocol recommended by Airbnb. Among the main points, we highlight: *Transition time between cleaning and guests following the recommended 3 hours window in between bookings. *Our team members always work with gloves, masks and disinfectants *Cleaning is being done by spraying all surfaces touched with frequency. In addition, we provide alcohol gel and a spray for the guest to carry out the cleaning at all times that he/she deems necessary. In this way, we intend to bring security and comfort to everyone in such a delicate moment.
