Our newly renovated space offers 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning. One King Bed and one queen bed. Spacious and well lit living area with ceiling fans, smart tv, Netflix, and free WIFI. Comfortable dining area for 4. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, baking and serving dishes, all the cooking utensils, oils, spices, coffee and sugar. The bathroom is stocked with all amenities; towels, hairdryer, first aid kit, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. You’ll find beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella as well as a cooler to make your packing lighter for your convenience. We also provide a few board games and other entertainment items available for your use as well. This is an ideal place to escape from the woes of the norm. Tastefully decorated with all warm finishes throughout the space. The energy in this condo is tranquil, relaxing and comforting. We are located up the block and walking distance to Villa Marina where you can take a catamaran or charter boat out to the beautiful surrounding islands of Cayo Icacos, Palomino and Culebra. Take a day to explore our waters and marine life. Dos Marinas in Fajardo is a great location for those that truly wish to explore the island. Located 5 minutes from Las Croabas Seven seas beach, Gastronomy Row, Bioluminescent Bay tours, Snorkeling charters and plenty of restaurants. 10-15 minutes from Luquillo Beaches and famous Kiosks for shopping restaurants and live music. 20 minutes to El Yunque National Rainforest to hike, zipline ATV or horseback, 15 minutes to the ferry in Ceiba that takes you to the islands of Culebra or Vieques. 45 minutes from San Juan Airport and metro area 5-7 mins to multiple local supermarkets: Pueblo, Econo, Walmart, Walgreens pharmacy as well as shopping center. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space during their stay as well as the Olympic size pool and access to the private waterfront area on the property. Basketball and tennis courts. There is a coin-operated laundry room on the ground floor of the building as well. The complex has 24 hour gated security and is overall a peaceful area. Other things to note This is a smoke-free property, there is no smoking indoors. Any sign of smoking indoors at checkout will be subject to an additional cleaning and disinfecting charge of $150. All occupants must be over 12 years of age or older to stay in our unit. The unit is on the 16th floor and has an open balcony and delicate finishes. We do not accept pets at this time, unless it is a service animal. The building has a generally peaceful atmosphere and we request no loud music after 10pm and this is not a party house during any time of your stay. We have tailored our space to be comfortable and welcoming for all of our guests to enjoy. Please know you are traveling to a very beautiful remote island. With that at times comes power outages, not-so-hot water as accustomed to in the States or other countries, spotty WiFi at time and mediocre cell service depending on your ventures. You'll also hear the morning roosters singing away and the local Coqui frog chirping at night. The buildings at Dos Marina where Heavenly Horizon is both the water system and elevators do work instantly off generator systems in the event of a power outage. Usually, these things are not to be too concerned with any part of the charm of being on an island.
