The space This 250sqft- Studio is located at Mariners Landing Resort (The Point) in Smith Mountain Lake . *UNIT FACES PARKING LOT* It can only host 2 adults comfortably. The resort has AMAZING outdoor space to enjoy the lake and Mountain View’s. It also has a private beach to relax and enjoy amazing sunsets. Plenty of miles of paved trails to walk ! The nightly rate includes all resort amenities: * Choice of 3 pools (1 indoor), *Choice of 2 hot tubs (1 indoor) * 24 hrs gym , * Basketball, Volleyball , Tennis & Pickle-ball courts.
Golfers can enjoy a semi-private 18 holes championship golf course at a discounted rate , an original design by the late Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
Bringing a boat? Note that there are additional fees from Mariners Landing for trailer parking in a locked lot and the use of the launch ramp ($50 day 1, $25 /day after).*May-Sep rates*. Upon email registration and payment , the Resort will send you directly instructions on parking and entry code for the ramp.
Renting a boat ? You can rent our Solar boat located in a slip 9 min driving from the resort and use the resort slip (free day only). OR You can rent directly with the resort or other nearby Marinas (I.e Parkway Marina is 9min away).
Guest access *Guest must provide email address so we can register guest with Resort . *Resort then will email liability waiver for guest to sign in and register car /boat (if apply). *On checkin day , resort will send 6 digit PIN for use of amenities and enter building .
Other things to note -OUTDOOR pools open on Memorial day weekend and closes in September for off season .. -INDOOR pool /jacuzzi remains open during off-season . -Closet in condo is off limits-owners keeps their belongings there. -Confirmed guests MUST sign resort digital waiver at least 48hrs prior to arrival to secure access to amenities. -Resort sends PIN on check in day between noon-2pm EST -PIN is required to access the amenities where you see a Swiftlane screen requiring code.
