You’ll will find everything you need here for a relaxed beach stay including a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry, 2 decks, aircon/heater, fast WIFI and Foxtel. Plan wonderful outings to nearby Peninsula Hot Springs, Red Hill wineries or enjoy family friendly beaches, nature reserves and walking tracks. The space We are happy to accommodate early/late check ins if it's possible - ask us about both. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed. You'll love the luxe linens on the new bed with an award winning Koala mattress. There is a built in wardrobe with full length hanging space (hangers supplied) plus a tallboy chest of drawers. There is a small desk that accommodates a laptop and chair, if work is required. The room is carpeted and has a window above the bed with plantation shutters that block out all light at night. There is a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. You'll love the award winning Koala brand mattresses, and lovely soft bedding in muted tones. There is a built in wardrobe with full length hanging space (hangers supplied) plus two chests of drawers. The room is carpeted and has a window above the beds with plantation shutters that block out all light at night. There is a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook up a storm should you need including DéLonghi Nespresso coffee machine (range of pods provided), Breville juicer (help yourself to the fruit bowl of Valencia oranges), microwave, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, full dinner set for 6 people and white/red/champagne wine glasses. Complimentary high quality olive oil, salt/pepper grinders, stock, milk, water (still/sparkling) and a range of branded teas are provided for your convenience. There's also an effective dishwasher (including Finish tabs), fridge/freezer, oven and cook top. If you so choose, pack a lovely picnic to enjoy on the beach using the new picnic set. The adjacent dining room has a gorgeous oval table that seats 6. You'll love the gas fireplace in winter and the french doors opening up to a sunny deck in warmer months. There is a ceiling fan and polished floorboards. Relax and enjoy the record player and our LP collection, latest magazines and books/games. The living room has a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV and queen size sofa bed couch. There is ceiling fan, split system heating/cooling and polished floorboards. A sliding door connects you to an elevated deck that enjoys west facing sunset views each evening. There is a large teak dining table with eight chairs and a large market umbrella. Enjoy a BBQ while watching the sunset. The backyard is fully fenced. The bathroom has a double vanity, large mirror with great lighting, shower and toilet. High quality toiletries, a hairdryer and fluffy white towels/face washers/mats are supplied. The powder room/laundry has a washing machine, dryer, sink, mirror and 2nd toilet. Washing liquid/softener is provided. There is a driveway with parking for four cars, a fully enclosed and lockable backyard (suitable for a boat/jetski) with small shed. We are happy to accommodate early/late check ins if it's possible - ask us about both. Guests under 25 must be staying with their parent/guardian. Guest access You'll enjoy access to the whole house including front yard, gated/fenced backyard, shed and house. You have access to EVERYTHING at Wallum Wallum: shed, 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 decks with sunrise/sunset views, 2 bedrooms, split system aircon/heater, ceiling fans, living room with large flatscreen streaming TV, washer/dryer, dining room with table for 6 and a gas open fire. Enjoy books galore from the collection, along with puzzles and games. There are six USB charging ports throughout the house. No more arguments over charging devices. There is a highchair, baby bath, toys, books, games and coloring books for kids. You'll love the beach trolley that you can pack with the umbrella/tent, boogie board, all manner of flotation devices, balls and beach towels. NOTE: Because Wallum Wallum is unusually well-equipped, you may want to ask before packing items that may already be here. Other things to note This is a freshly painted/carpeted/floorboards polished house. Most of the furniture is new - as well as all towels/bedding/plates/glasses/electronics etc. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents/guardians. This is the ideal house for one family or a couple of friends. Parties and events are not allowed. No smoking. No pets. An external security camera is located above the driveway/entrance.
