The space
The apartment feels more like a private small home perched on a cliff. The space is very quiet all you can hear is the ocean crashing below. You can’t get closer to the ocean, every room offers amazing views of the mountains and sea views even the rainfall shower faces the Caribbean Sea. Big plus is the bed which is extremely comfortable !!! Just outside the door is the pool, barbecue and dining table for enjoying a meal.

Maho village is a short walk where you will find several restaurants and bars. You can walk to karakter beach bar on the beach or mary's boon and enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner right on the beach. Enjoy the long pristine beach that is perfect for a nice walk or paddle boarding (we have paddle boards for your use )
We are located in the Beacon Hill , an upscale gated community by night and within walking distance to 3 of the most popular beaches in St Maarten. Simpson bay , Maho Beach and Mullet Bay. We are also very close to the French side. To enter Beacon Hill one must drive just past the world famous Sunset Beach Bar which is well known as the spot to experience the power big ✈️ taking off.
Our condo is also walking distance to Karakter Beach Bar (about a 10 minute walk on Simpson Bay beach) where we highly recommend spending some time lounging in the beach chairs, enjoying food from their menu and relaxing to the sounds of their groovy music.
A rental car is highly recommended for staying in Sint Maarten. The Beacon Hill area is a 5 minute drive to Mullet Bay, We are 5 minutes from the French side and 10 mins to Simpson Bay strip and its grocery stores and nightlife, and about 15 minutes to the famous and exclusive beaches of Red Bay (Bai Rouge) Plum Bay and Long Bay (Baie Longue) beaches in the French Low Lands.
