This mini Forest Hills studio has everything you need for a short or extended stay in nyc. There is room for 2 guests to sleep either together or separately. This small space is used very well and has a private door facing the backyard. There is no private kitchen in the unit but we can give you access to the kitchen if needed. The unit itself has a mini fridge and coffee maker.

This is a totally private space with ensuite full bathroom and backyard. There is also a washer and dryer free of charge (big luxury in small nyc apts)
Guest access
Backyard can be used as there is patio set and dining table also handy for smokers as we do not allow smoking in the unit itself. There is guaranteed free street parking so if you are driving this is a perfect place as it would cost allot to park in most places in New York. You can easily park your car and not have to move it during your stay.

Free street parking with no alternate side parking so you can park your car and leave it for the entire time or use it to go anywhere and always find a spot when you get back !!

This is one of the best neighborhoods in New York. There are queit tree lined streets and incredible multi-million dollar homes. The neighborhood features tons of shopping, fine dining, and nightlife along Metropolitan Avenue just around the corner from the property, and on Austin street just a 10 minute walk away. Trader Joe's is also located 4 blocks away on Metropolitan Avenue for all of your food and beverage needs. The historic Forest Hills Stadium is located a short walk away and features an array of concerts all year long and features an open air venue to enjoy some of the best artists in show business. Citi field is a 10 minute taxi away enjoy the Mets and several concerts thru out the year.
Getting around
E,F,M,R Subway is a 12 minute walk from the front door(15 min express train to Manhattan) and so is the Long Island Rail road. We are 15 minutes away from JFK and 10 minutes from LaGuardia Airport. If you drive there is plenty of FREE street parking. You can easily park your car and not have to move it at all during your stay.
