Wine Country Retreat - a spacious sunlit Casa de Vino - the house which is ideal for large families and entertaining friends. We furnished our home with large groups and families in mind.
With so many activities within minutes of Casa de Vino, it could be two absolutely different groups of visitors: you could be funs of wine and you don’t have to like wine to enjoy your time.
Healdsburg, Parks, Wineries, Distillery, Safari West, Russian River are 5-15 mins and Bodega Bay is 40 mins drive.
The space
Open the main entrance door and face a sunlit open floorplan living room to the left and a dramatic open stairwell leading up to the second floor.
The first floor is designed to entertain - a spacious sunlit living room with high ceilings leads to a formal dining area for 8. The fully stocked kitchen is inviting the most adventurous chefs to make dinner while sipping on the acquisitions of the day. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar and a high glass table.
The family room off the kitchen opens into the outdoor entertainment space - perfect for hosting meals, grilling, chilling, and backyard lawn games.
The first floor also offers a full bath and a bedroom - ideal for older visitors and children alike.
Walk up the glorious open stairwell to the second floor with three bedrooms: an oversized master bedroom (king) with sunlit en-suite bathroom (shower, sunken bathtub), two corner bedrooms with queen beds, and a shared full bathroom.
Guest access
There is space in the garage for two cars. Two more cars can be parked on the driveway. There is also free easy street parking.
Other things to note
Casa de Vino is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a couple of minutes bike ride to the nearest vineyards.
Please note that we collect a $750 security deposit that is fully refunded upon your departure if the basic house rules are followed.
