This home is located minutes from the Bennett Valley Shopping Center and Montgomery Village for your shopping and restaurant needs. The space For the outdoor enthusiasts, you will find Spring Lake and Annadel Park as well as Bennett Valley Golf Course close by. After a day of exploring beautiful Sonoma County, enjoy access to the saltwater pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area under a grand pergola. Sit under the stars at two available gas fire pits. Outdoor grilling is available as well as access to the pool house where you will find a pool table and dart board. Follow the meandering paths to the horseshoe pit area.
