The space
When you enter the home, you will feel instantly relaxed and be in holiday-mode. This beautifully modern home is spacious and bright with open-planned living. All areas of this humble abode contain practical yet stylish furniture which you will find to be comfortable and homely.
The open-planned layout consists of the kitchen, lounge, and dining, and creates an all-inclusive social atmosphere which is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen comprises of an island bench with seating, and is fully equipped with modern appliances including the very important coffee machine! By way of spectacular bi-fold doors, the dining area flows onto a beautiful and cosy courtyard. This sun-filled space is perfect for an afternoon of reading with a glass of wine or catching up with friends.
All 3 bedrooms have been pleasantly furnished and feature:
Master - 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom
2nd - 1 double bed
3rd – 2 sets of single bunk beds (4 beds)
Both the ensuite and separate bathroom are clean and modern. The ensuite features a large walk-in shower while the bathroom contains a shower and full sized bath.
Towels, linen are provided for your convenience, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. The laundry contains both a washer and dryer.
There is a dedicated undercover carport for one vehicle, with additional parking available up the driveway in front of the property, and on the street.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house. You may use all appliances within the home, we just ask that you take care when using them.
