The space First Floor: The grand entrance of this home is sure to make an impression upon your arrival. Relax for a spell in the sitting room or curl up in the TV room with a good movie. Our dining room, with exposed brick fireplace, comfortably seats 10 guests for family meal time and includes a restored butler's pantry, piano bar, and separate sitting area for entertaining or reading a good book. The kitchen includes a large butcher block island with four stools so the chef can have some company. A powder room and two staircases (the main staircase and a private butler's staircase to a wing on the Second Floor) complete the main living level.
Second Floor - Master Wing The spacious master bedroom is a peaceful haven with lots of exposed brick and large windows. The master wing includes a private sitting room with television and plenty of space to relax. The en suite bathroom with double vanities and shower/bath combination complete this section of the house.
Second Floor - Family Wing Double French doors separate this section of the house from the rest, with access down the back staircase directly to the kitchen or rear entrance. Third Floor The third floor of the house includes a great common area with TV, video games, air hockey table, and a pull-out couch. Bedroom #4 (queen bed) and Bedroom #5 are on this floor as well.
Basement The finished basement is a great place to hang out and play ping pong, darts, and have a few drinks. Bedroom #6 (queen bed) is in the basement as well, with easy access to the kitchen and rear entrance of the house. Bathroom #3, with a single vanity and shower, is located in the basement as well.
