Situated on a downhill walk to San Remo's breakfast cafes and restaurants which is the gateway to Phillip Island, with its Penguin Parade, Phillip Island Grand Prix, Cowes for shopping and restaurants and many other attractions.
The space
The home has two bedrooms upstairs. Sleep in, on the pillowtop mattress in the master bedroom and wake up to Westernport water views. The home features a brand new well equipped kitchen and bathroom and has been freshly painted throughout. Relax in the lounge room that looks out over the balcony and take in the beautiful views across the water to Rhyll and French Island.
Downstairs is a large third bedroom, second toilet, and laundry.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking for only 2 people you are booking ONE room and the other bedrooms will be locked. If you need an extra bedroom for only 2 guests you will have to add an extra 30 HostPoints per night for the other room.
