The space The house is in such a beautiful, natural setting, in a new neighborhood. The house faces a lake, and the nature wildlife preserve starts on the other side of the lake. We enjoy walking around the lake each morning, for wildlife viewing, like turtles, many species of birds, and herds of wild turkeys.
There is one assigned, free parking space and there are numerous unassigned free parking spaces - in case you have more than one car.
The living room, with large flat screen TV, opens to a large private patio (or some call it a screen porch) with a small private pool, all completely screened in, so you can enjoy the evening outdoors without bugs! The covered lanai is great if you want to enjoy the outdoors with shade and it has an outdoor dining area. A sun lounger can be used either on the screened in patio, or upstairs on the large deck.
Of course the house comes with either air conditioning or heat, and you can set the temperature how you like it. Free WiFi is also included. There are 3 smart TVs. You can watch something on one of the free TV Apps, or you can login to a service you subscribe to at home, like Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Amazon Prime, etc.
One of the bedrooms is on the main level (great for anyone who can’t use stairs, or needs Accessible accommodations), and it has a Queen bed, a TV, a desk, and ensuite bathroom access.
The master bedroom is upstairs, with a King bed, a flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and a large private balcony with sun lounger, chairs, and a view of the private splash pool.
The 3rd bedroom is also upstairs, with its own ensuite bathroom. This room is so flexible because it has 2 XL twin beds (XL twins are 6.75’ long - great for taller adults)
Three bathrooms means that each bedroom gets its own bathroom! Perfect for more than one couple to share the house, or for unrelated business travelers to share the house, or for families with children to have enough for everyone.
The house comes with baby gear (tucked away in a closet unless you need it: pack n play, high chair booster seat, sit up seat, and baby bath).
Also tucked away in the closet: extra blanket, iron and ironing board. The hair dryer is in a cabinet in the master bathroom.
The dining table is extendable, depending how you want to arrange your space.
The handicapped parking location right in front of the house, zero step sidewalk, and wide entrance with lit walkway have been very convenient for guests in wheelchairs, or who use walkers. The main floor bedroom is near the main entry, and also has a wide 32” doorway. The main bathroom has a 32” doorway and a zero step shower. The pathway through the sliding door to the back patio and pool are also zero step!
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils.
Bath towels are provided for each guest. Bed linens and pillows are provided.
The house comes with enough disposables for you to be comfortable your first night, like toilet paper, and soap. After that, you’ll need to purchase a few things.

The Disneyworld theme parks, like Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom, are the closest. But guests also visit Universal Studios Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Legoland, Seaworld, and Discovery Cove.
Day trips to the Tampa area, including St. Pete’s Beach, Clearwater Beach and all the Gulf area are also doable from this location. A day trip to the Atlantic Ocean beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach, are another possibility.
