Resort style swimming pool with jacuzzi, is the perfect place to cool off and relax some more… after a day at the beach or one of the many fun activities available in Guanacaste. Zip-lining, hiking, ATVs, Surfing, Sport-fishing, Sailing, Paddle Boarding, Golfing (you get the picture.. so much to do!) Playa Langosta is just across the road and and Playa Tamarindo is an easy walk (about 12-15 mins) by beach or the newly paved road with 90+ restaurants, shops and nightlife! If you are remotely working, we have you covered too! We have 200Mbps (upload & download speed) Fiber optic internet. We have a dedicated workspace as well as a nice dining room table or sit at the table on the breezy, shady patio while you work. If you prefer a golf cart or car, over walking, we have two designated parking spots (1 underground and the other outdoor by the security gate). The 24/7 security and gated entrance with designated parking will keep you worry free, during your stay. Guest access Entire condo is fully accessible, except for a small owners cabinet with lock. Other things to note Our property management company offers our guests a concierge service with activities to choose from such as; surfing lessons, horse riding, ATV tours, yoga, massages, waterfall tours, catamaran tours... and can also arrange airport transfers, golf cart or car rentals, private chefs and covid tests..
