Relax & unwind at our tiny home located in Tracy City Sleeps 4-Queen bed in private bedroom & upstairs loft Covered deck w/ gas firepit Campfire in backyard Electric fireplace inside Outdoor obstacle course for kids Fully stocked kitchen 3 Tv's, DVD players & DVD's Fishing poles Great restaurants and shops Bike and hiking trails nearby Kayak & canoe rentals Gas grill 90 min from Nashville, 45 min from Chattanooga, & 15 min from the University of the South in Sewanee. The space The 400 sq. foot space has high ceilings, lots of windows and full size appliances. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, loft with queen bed, living room, and great outdoor entertaining space. Enjoy the outdoors with a wood burning firepit and four Adirondack chairs. Relax by the gas fireplace while sitting on the cozy seats under the covered section of our deck. Cook your dinner on the outdoor grill and sit at the farmhouse table on the deck. Guest access We are on the main road from the entrance road of the tiny home community. The other areas are under construction. Please be careful driving through the community, especially on rainy days, as it gets muddy. Other things to note Kayak and canoe rentals available. Lake access. Community playground, dock on water, multiple community areas w/ firepits. Hiking, biking trails, shops, restaurants. The community is still under construction.
