Peach Sunset Villa awaits you on your next desert adventure. Located just 5 mins away from JT Village and 6 miles from the national park. This villa has a large game room equipped with games for all ages. A retro arcade with 200+ games, board games, ping pong table, and a full size basketball hoop. Enjoy the desert landscape on our yard swinging on a double hammock, grilling on 5 burner grill, or just conversing around the fire pit. A hot tub that you can soak in and enjoy after a long hike.
The space
Our home is boho-eclectic inspired. We took pieces we simply adored from our travels, and added plenty of colors in the space for a free-spirited vibe. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on our 65” smart TV or lounging by the wood fireplace during colder months. Our large master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and french doors that open to your own backyard. You will have your en suite, newly renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the 3rd bedroom gives you two single beds with vibrant, fun decor and a desk space for remote work or learning. We also have two single roll away beds for extra guests.
In the kitchen you will find that we didn't spare any small detail. Plenty of room to make your meals in our kitchen, equipped with basic necessities and best of all, coffee! We have an open bar counter to the dining room, so plenty of gathering can be made.
We want you to go out and explore what Joshua tree has to offer! We are just less than 10 mins to the park entrance, but in case you have time to just enjoy our home, we have a huge game room located in our garage with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. We have fitness on vacation with the new addition of our Fight camp boxing interactive work out. Our courtyard is big enough to play ladder ball, corn hole and relax by our double sized hammock to enjoy the stars at night. You can even bring your skateboard and scooters, we have a paved semi-circular driveway.
-Extra perks include Wi-Fi and free access to NETFLIX, Hulu (ESPN+ and Disney +) and YouTube. Our TV has Roku system.
-We provide coffee for Keurig machine ( 100 biodegradable pods). Coffee, tea and creamer are also available. Kitchen basics such oil and spices are there to help you start a meal. Plenty of pots and pans and dining utensils.

Guest access
We have a semi-circular driveway with two gates for easy entry and exit. Large driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars. Fully fenced with private courtyard. You will have your own private Villa. You can access everything except for a locked bedroom closet and kitchen pantry for owner’s storage.
*IMPORTANT INFO prior to booking: Guest will need to agree to read San Bernardino county’s Good Neighbor policy and sign PSV rental agreement +spa liability waiver prior to check in.
Other things to note
Our hot tub is cleaned after every guest check out. If there is a huge gap of vacancy between last clean to your booking, You may see our hot tub maintenance guy show up during your stay. He will access the driveway, & the side yard to get to the tub in backyard. Spa maintenance is at the convenience of maintence contractor and rescheduling at guest convenience may not be available, or could be an option for a fee.
*There is (1) security camera by the front door only facing the front of our home and nowhere inside the home. This is to verify the # of guests arriving, ensure your security during your stay and protect the homeowner's property during vacancies.

** Whilst we do not have direct neighbors on all three lots right next to us, we are in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our quiet hours and do not cause nuisance. Sound and wind travel because there are not many buildings around us. We are not an isolated home. You may see neighbors from a distance. You will hear dogs barking, wind howling, and traffic noise from the street. These are things beyond our control, and expect you to understand that we cannot manage those things from our end.
