Bobo's Den is a beautiful static caravan home, which you will have entire use of, located in Capernwray (near Carnforth). Gateway to The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Park, Capernwray is nestled between the two locations providing a great base to explore from.
A place you can really escape reality, kick back and relax, spending quality time either alone, or with family and friends. Enjoy the facilities of the caravan and the local scenery, conveniently located a short drive away from M6 and close to many beautiful attractions.
It is to be noted prior to booking that the site does not have any facilities, entertainment or shops. The site is extremely quiet and catered to those wishing to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Due to the remote location, a vehicle will be required during your stay. Having said that, there are lots of activities and facilities located a short drive away from the site which you can choose to use if you wish (payable directly to the merchant).
The caravan has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, there is also a double sofa bed in the living room (you will need to provide your own bedding if using this as an extra sleeping space).
The master bedroom has spectacular views overlooking the fields and our friendly neighbours (sheep)! Bobo's Den has two bathrooms, one en-suite with a toilet and sink basin, the other with a shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is free parking at the caravan and two cars can fit. We provide bedding and hand towels (bath robes are not provided, please ensure you bring your own towels).
We are pet friendly and there are lots of woodland walks nearby, along with a dog walking field on site. We do kindly ask that your pets are well behaved, house trained and are kept on a lead at all times.
We are located a 3 minute drive from Capernwray diving centre, which makes it the perfect location if you are spending a weekend diving or wild swimming. Listed below are other local attractions:

Terms and conditions / house rules need to be read and agreed prior to arrival.
Please note - this is a family owned caravan and we kindly ask for you to respect the van and leave it in a tidy condition. Whilst we charge a cleaning fee, this covers the cost of the linen, hoovering, wiping surfaces and overall tidy (1 hour). We ask if you could leave the property in a tidy condition so our cleaners are able to complete an efficient change over :) ready for our next guests. Our cleaners arrive at 10am check out. Please take your rubbish to the big bins located on site following check out. If the caravan requires additional cleaning or beyond standard cleaning, this cost will be incurred by guests.
If you smoke, please please smoke safely, away from gas bottles and extinguish cigarettes in the ashtray provided outside, please do not leave cigarette butts on the grass or decking. NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE CARAVAN.
We love pets! But please make sure they do not mess on furniture and their muddy paws are wiped down.
Please ensure your arrival is before 5pm as stated, this is due to the barrier closing on site for security purposes. If your arrival is later than 5pm, you will not be able to access the site and we will not be able to provide refunds. If you require a late check in, please let us know in advance and this can be arranged.
Guest access Guests have entire use of Bobo's Den caravan throughout the stay. This includes the driveway and garden area. Guests can explore the local walks and site grounds.
Other things to note Please bring your own towels, we provide bed linen, but not towels.
Check out is strictly 10am. Check in is 14:00-17:00 (arrival before 17:00). Late check in / out can be arranged. 3 days notice required for this option(additional charges applicable).
