This newly renovated home is the perfect getaway for any family or group wanting a little of wilderness in the city. 7 minutes to UT and downtown. 5 minutes to Ijams. The space 1 King bed 1 Queen bed Twin over Twin Trundel Pull-out Couch with upgraded memory foam mattress ALL new appliances, 75" LG TV and super fast Wifi. Pool is currently closed but we hope to have it open for Summer 2023 Guest access There are two locked closets and half of the garage is blocked off for the owners. The rest of the property is fully accessible to the guests with the exception of the pool deck while the pool is closed. Other things to note We have an inground pool in our back yard needing repair. We hope to be open for 2023 summer season but cannot guarantee that it will be completed in time. Our prices currently reflect this and will be increasing for summer season if the pool in fact does open. Also this is our full time residence. We make sure to put away all of our personal items.
