Centrally located in the heart of St. Petersburg to all must see attractions and shopping. 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the best beaches in St Pete, and 8 minutes to Tyrone and other shopping areas. We have all that you need for a nice beach day or a night out on the town strolling through our cities art.
The space
This home is perfect for resting after exploring St Petersburg all day long. We offer a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and full kitchen house complete with a comfy living room and shared outdoor area for BBQ. There is a King size Tempur-pedic bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen air mattress, TV, 104 mpbs fast WiFi, black out curtains in bedrooms, coffee and tea station with a stove, fridge, and a bathroom with Bluetooth speaker. It is truly your home away from home in a suburban area.
Guest access
Guests have access to their own private entrance and a full 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home with a full kitchen.
Other things to note
No pets allowed, if pets are brought to our home there will be $150 fee.
Service animals always stay for free. However, if a service animal damages the property, we will request payment under AirCover through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
No smoking allows indoors.
The other end of the house has been closed off and turned into a second unit through Airbnb as well. It is completely closed off from the home.

Parking is available on the street. Bus stop in front of the house. Nearby transportation. St Petersburg is bike friendly and once you reach downtown - there are bike lanes. There is an option to take the newly added sun runner from the beach to the pier as well as the free Looper trolley once you've reach downtown.
