The space The room is evil eye themed. Blue and gold themes with a slight hint of pink. Beautiful, tall, arched windows with plenty of sunlight. Quiet, clean, peaceful. Friendly home occupants. Huge home and lot, very spacious. barely feels like a shared space. Immaculate condition. You'll feel right at home! we do our best to make sure folks feel comfortable and welcome. Anyone who sees and stays in the space usually remarks at it's cleanliness, spaciousness, peacefulness, and convenience to everything. We love the space and hope you do, too! Guest access Upstairs: Living room, kitchenette, bathrooms. Downstairs: Kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom by laundry. Outside: patio/backyard. Other things to note We have cameras in shared/common spaces, specifically around front door, living rooms, kitchens, outside property. No cameras in private spaces. These cameras serve to protect all home occupants. We have not had any issues, but it is an added safety precaution for all occupants/guests. By booking the space, you consent to these cameras and agree not to tamper, alter, or otherwise engage in any action that would hinder the camera's ability to properly function. We love our home and care about the people in it and this is just an added layer of protection for everyone. We also have a no shoes policy inside the home, which helps keep our space clean. Folks who do stay with us value this practice. While staying in our home, we expect all guests/occupants to remove shoes and/or leave by the entry door. While we do love pets, we unfortunately do not allow them in the space. Moreover, we expect guests to be respectful of occupants and not enter the space drunk/intoxicated/belligerant/disrespectful. No drugs, alcohol, or smoking permitted on the property. Additionally, no criminal activity of any kind allowed. Only guests booking the room are allowed in the space. Should you wish to have any guests, you must inform host and obtain prior approval. For parking, guests are welcome to park in the driveway. There are sometimes multiple cars parked and parking is not permitted in front of the home because USPS needs to be able to access mailboxes in front of the property. for your convenience, there is also street parking on the side of the street across from us. Customarily, folks do not park in front of other people's homes, so feel free to use our driveway or a side street for parking.

Spring, Texas, United States All the homes on the block are large and peaceful. Pool is a 2-3 minutes away by walk. Nice pathways for running. The home is nestled right in the middle of 3 major highways. About 10 minutes to the Woodlands, HP/Compaq/ExxonMobil Campuses, Chevron, Haliburton, Hughes Landing, Sam Houston State University, Lone Star College, Saint Thomas. Near IMAX theater, Woodlands Mall. Tons of jobs nearby if you have internships or are just starting your career. Also, tons of hospitals nearby (some of the best in the country) if you are in the medical profession or need access to medical facilities. Getting around A car would be ideal for getting around or using Uber/Lyft. Biking could work for shorter trips.
