Centrally located and designed for comfort and fun...check the rocket launch schedule, seen at the beach out front or out our backdoor.

Neighbourhood Description
St. Augustine, Florida, United States
Our neighbor is very peaceful and family friendly. It is a dead-end street so only a few cars drive through, and they are pretty slow and friendly, moving over to give you room to walk or bike up or down our street. No parties allowed, there is no long-term street parking, only for a couple hours, most visitors park parallel on the grass out front or up the street. There is only one parking spot in the back. Drive up the driveway to park in front of the two garbage cans marked with a "B" to the left of the second shed.
The ocean and estuary are accessible with in a 10–12-minute walk or a 2-minute drive.
Getting around
It is safe to walk and ride bikes which can be rented by the hour or for the day just a couple blocks north at "Mangrove Surf Shop". At low tide one can safely ride their bike 2 short blocks north to Dondanville Rd. and then ride east straight to the beach which is very wide and goes on forever and easy to ride on at low tide.
A car is needed for big shopping, but we have a few convivences only two blocks north, Circle K, Kookaburra Coffee, Hurricanes and more. There is an "Old Town Trolley" that goes along the A1A Beach Blvd. across the Lion Bridge and into Downtown and back for a fee.
There is only one parking spot in the back. Please do not book this condo if you have more than one vehicle or a trailer/boat. There are slips for rent for these items close to the condo.
