This is a room in a home where the host lives. The room is private with it's own lock and key so you can feel comfortable leaving your belongings safe and sound. The neighborhood is a quiet family area with an elementary school just a stone's throw away.
The space
Within minutes of shopping & dining at Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons, and more! The room is themed Southwest so you’ll feel the Arizona vibe whether you’re in your room or out and about! The room features a mini fridge, microwave, and Kuerig for your convenience. The mattress also has a 4 inch tempur-pedic pad with a mattress protector on top of a pillow-top mattress with a down feather comforter and plenty of extra sheets and blankets. The room also has blackout curtains for those day sleepers out there. You are on vacation after all.
Guest access
The reservation is limited to the bedroom, bathroom and front patio only. The rest of the house is my private space and closed off to any guests. When I have guests there is a 3rd bathroom so the bathroom will completely for the Airbnb reservation.
Other things to note
The room is located on the second floor. We have 2 cats & 3 dogs. They are very friendly but they are quite loud when saying hello to new guests. I will have the guest area blocked off from the dogs during check-in. If you’d like to say hello to them, let us know and we’d be happy to introduce you! The animals are not allowed in the guest room to keep the hair out.
Smoking is only allowed on front patio.
Washer and dryer available for a fee.
Fan and heaters also available by request.
The room is cozy so 2 people i the perfect amount.
The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom less than 5 feet away. The bathroom will be for you and any accompanied guest only.

Our neighborhood is located on the outskirts of Phoenix. We are close to all major freeways and it’s quite simple to get go any part of the metropolitan area from here including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and more . Our neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented. There’s an elementary school just feet away and we know all of our neighbors and we all look out for each other and our homes so it’s very safe.
Getting around
We live just a mile or two from where all of the public city transit meets. My personal recommendation and what I personally use is Lyft or Uber ride-share services. Street parking is available overnight every night of the week. Just please be courteous not to block any neighboring driveways or mailboxes.
