Welcome to your private one-bedroom apartment in Welches, Oregon, just an 18-minute drive from Skibowl and a 30-minute drive from Timberline or Meadows! It is a newly remodeled area with high-speed internet on the first floor of our house ready to welcome two guests (and up to three guests with a child under 12).
We live in the house so you may occasionally hear noises and footsteps.
Pets: No animals are allowed due to severe owner allergies - sorry, no exceptions.
Free parking on premises.
The space
This space is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Mount Hood Oregon Resort golf course. It is located close to Skibowl, Summit, Timberline, and Meadows. It is the perfect stop for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, etc.
There is no cable TV available. The Smart TV in the bedroom allows you to watch with your subscription accounts. The TV in the living room is linked to a DVD player.
A folding full-size bed and a pack-and-play with a mattress are available upon request.
Guest access
This spacious (500 square feet) apartment has three fully private areas: a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, and a large living room.
The only shared space with the hosts is the entryway.

Please note water heater in the unit is 19 gallons.
