Occasionally, I allocate the smaller single room on the ground floor to sole travellers. Our house was fully redecorated only 18 months agoIt’s a chilled out space and we love meeting new peopleThe spaceWe live in a quiet area ... about 10-15 minutes drive from Belfast, just over an hour north of Dublin airport. There are rail, bus links nearby for those who require themGuest accessBasically our home is open to our guests (apart from our bedroom)The kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom etc are all shared with our guestsWe’ve all the film/sports packages on the TV ... so feel free to chill and relaxOther things to noteIf driving... its best to park alongside my fenceAccess from the back is fine & easy but be aware that the decking can be slipperyIf two people from the same party are booking at the same time I’ll do a deal on providing 2 single roomsAlways contact me if you cannot book direct ... as I’ve allowed a lead in time between bookings that may not always be necessary
