Of course, the great outdoors is literally just steps away and we invite you to get out and experience the sounds, smells and all of nature's creatures that frequent the lake and our property almost daily. This experience is located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle without being too far off the grid. It has all modern amenities: heat/air conditioning, hot water, high-speed internet, stainless steel appliances, full bathroom with heated floors, full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. It’s just a 15 minute drive from the town of Port Jervis, which features coffee shops, a brewery, bars, and variety of restaurants and a train to/from NYC. The location makes it a perfect gateway for trips into the Catskills, about 30 minutes from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts - home of Woodstock and music history and Resorts World Catskills Casino and Kartrite Resort; the towns of Milford, Warwick, Narrowsburg, Livinginton Manor, and so much more are all easy drives under 45 minutes. You are also minutes from some of the best hiking (Mongaup River Trail for one), white water rafting/canoeing and fishing Mother Nature has to offer. Let's not forget the local eateries and breweries and so may more experiences this lakeside oasis offers.
