Our wee flat is a 2 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle, 7 minutes from Waverley station, 7 minutes from the shops on Princes Street and 4 minutes from the Grassmarket which is buzzing with restaurants and bars.

There's a comfortable king size bedroom with ample storage space available and a clean and bright bathroom with a bath and shower.
We also provide tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay.
Other things to note Please note, there is no lift in the property and the flat is up one external and two internal flights of stairs (59 steps), so consider this if you have any mobility concerns or very heavy luggage.
