The space The apartment is a duplex/penthouse in the Kiln complex. The complex is private and gated. Once inside the gate you enter the front door for the complex and take the stairs to the top floor. The entrance hall of the apartment has a coat hanging space and a shoe rack. The first door to the right opens to the toilet and shower area. The door ahead leads in to the open plan kitchen/living area with a unique spiral staircase feature and French doors with a small balcony. The spiral staircase leads up to a large spacious double bedroom (whilst the staircase is unique it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues).
The kitchen is designed with a minimalist feel and is equipped with the appliances to reflect this. Appliances in the kitchen include Halogen Hob, Double Air fryer, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Sandwich Toaster, Electric Egg Cooker.
The Living Room has a sofa that converts in to a pull out sofa bed. All necessary bedding, quilt and pillows are provided.
The bedroom is equipped with a Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Hanging Rail and Hangers. We also have a portable projector in the bedroom that connects to the internet and Netflix to watch movies.
Guest access Guests can use all parts of the apartment. There is a bin store on the lower ground level outside
