All bedrooms come with a smart TV as well as one in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you need.
You may not invite people who are not on the booking into the house without prior permission.
This is a fully private space but owner lives on the property. The backyard is not part of the rental. You have a lovely porch with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. If you read any reviews with a fire pit or a backyard, this is no longer available to guests nor is in the description.

Parking on lower level of driveway for two cars or may pull up to the mid-way point to the left. The upper portion takes a bit of getting used to when backing out and is a narrow space. Use only at your own risk.
