The space Merrywood is a spacious, character-filled Hill Country home with 2 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and sleeping space for up to 12 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed plus a twin daybed with trundle, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The main living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa.
A large bonus room provides even more space to spread out. One side serves as an additional sleeping and lounging area with a queen loft bed, a queen Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa and a large-screen Smart TV. The other side is set up for fun, with a gaming table and a cozy corner bistro table with chairs.
The main living area is warm and inviting, with wood floors, exposed beams and a large wood-burning limestone fireplace. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an open layout that makes it easy to cook, gather and spend time together.

Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the bonus room, kitchen, living areas, 2½ bathrooms, laundry area and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the covered patio, fire pit, wooded acreage and plenty of room to relax outdoors. Ample parking is available on the property. The separate garage/storage area is not available for guest use.

The property has a gravel drive and natural outdoor areas, so some ground may be uneven.
