While this home is perfect for entertaining it is NOT a party house. Out of respect for our neighbours please keep volume levels respectful at all times and no noise outside (in the hot tub or patio) past 10:30pm.
The train tracks are nearby and you may hear the train pass 1-2x a day.
Please keep pets off beds and furniture. $200 fee if excess pet hair is found.
