This Apartment is very well located, it sits in the heart of the Golden Zone touristic area but tacked away in a calm neighborhood.
This is a 3-story building with respectful local and expat residents.
The unit is just one short block away from the main strip on Camaron Sabalo Avenue (touristic avenue). In this avenue you may take public transportation.
At walking distance, you will find Cafes, shops and restaurants, minimarts, clinics, pharmacies, new anytime fitness, bigger grocery store “fresh market”. A little further away Walmart, Sam’s Club, Soriana grocery store.
You are very close to the beach access (2 short blocks), public transportation it’s at 3 min walk. No need of a car!
Take Uber, taxi or fun pulmonía taxi. Public buses are 14 pesos per ride to go to downtown or other areas. Neighborhood is quiet, cozy and secure. There is one parking space assigned to each Apartment, please only park at space 102 if you have a vehicle.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, stove, oven and microwave. All rooms have air conditioning units, and both bedrooms are equipped with closets. Wi-Fi and 2 smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube access and some cable channels.
Mazatlan offers many tours to the city, downtown, yacht outings and fishing. Locally you can visit Plaza Machado in historic downtown, surrounded by many restaurants, cute cafes, beautiful colonial architecture. Live entertainment, cultural events at Angela Peralta theater also available, which is a great spot to explore by foot and view the colonial buildings in Mazatlan (founded in 1531).
Visit/climb one of the highest natural lighthouses in the world and take pictures from the glass mirador.
Visit the fantastic observatory
Mazatlan has several marinas and beautiful golf courses.
Many restaurants around the city with a great variety of food.
There is no pool in the building but the beach is at 2 blocks walking distance.
There are 2 foldable beach chairs .
You can walk everywhere.
